How i ended up in a situationship with a fake acc: 1. Fake account

“This is obviously a fake account” I told my friend Jake.
He chuckled and said “Yeah, ain’t no one falling for this, the pictures and biography is just a dead giveaway.”
He paused and said “Only you would fall for this.” I instantly rebutted “Hell no ! But who do you think made this account?”
He thought for a second and said “ I don’t know, you go figure it out”

As i return home with my tired body, i returned to my natural habitat, my bed.
I put on my headphones, allowing myself to escape from the stress and fear temporarily.
I opened that app that I’m addicted to and started doom scrolling .

“scarlett_yyc has requested to follow you”





It was the fake account i had talked to Jake about.
It instantly sparked my interest,
“Who is this?”
“Is it someone from my school?”
“Why are they doing this ?”

There are infinite ways to answer my question. Yet i chose the bluntest and perhaps stupid method.
